North Carolina Information Exchange Strategic Plan Narrative

The Health Information Technology (HIT) Collaborative of the Health and Wellness Trust Fund, along with OERI, offer the attached North Carolina Information Exchange Strategic Plan for public review and comment. This plan will direct the use of ARRA funds granted to North Carolina for the development of secure and meaningful use of statewide health information technology.

Public comments were accepted until November 15, 2009.
